Ready to ship in 1 business day for orders placed before 10am Mon -Thu.
Orders placed Fri – Sun will ship on the following Mon for delivery in 1 business days
Ships out using: Courier.
Deliveries can only be made to homes and businesses with a street address. PO box and parcel locker deliveries are not possible. If you live in a unit, please make sure the courier can access the drop-off. They cannot take perishable goods back to the depot and we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels left outside the building by couriers

Delivery times: Orders placed Mon to Thu before 10am will arrive on your doorstep the following day. Orders placed Fri to Sun will ship on Mon for arrival on Tue. You don’t want to be disappointed and we don’t want to disappoint you!…so if you need it for the weekend then you will need to get your order in by Thu at 10am.
We ship only to the greater Sydney region (postcodes 20- are all good, and some but not all 21- and 22-). The delivery zone has been limited to maintain the quality and condition of our juice. Please refer to the delivery zone map to get a rough idea if you are in the zone (the blue region).
Unfortunately, we cannot be sure you are in the zone until you’ve checked out. But if it turns out that you are not, then we will refund your payments within 48hrs.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds/Exchanges
We make every effort to provide the purchaser with the highest quality juice. Should you find that your juice has fermented, spoiled or has a demonstrable fault or defect upon receipt of your order, then please alert us immediately at info@tallgrasscanejuice.com (within 6 hours of delivery). We will refund or replace products in accordance with applicable NSW consumer laws.
We cannot offer refunds for order cancellations received after 10am, 24hrs prior to expected delivery. Refunds are also not available in the event that the purchaser changes their mind about the product they have ordered or decides that the flavour they have ordered is not to their liking.
Terms and conditions
Due the perishable nature of our product, Tall Grass Cane Juice will only ship to locations at which the courier service has indicated delivery can be completed within 24hrs. Your order will be left by the courier if you are not present at the time of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for loss or theft of shipments left by the courier nor delays in delivery as a result of courier error.
The purchaser of Tall Grass Cane Juice products acknowledges that they are receiving a perishable product that is made without chemical preservatives and that bottles intended for immediate consumption must be stored cold and consumed within 48hrs and that bottles intended for consumption beyond 48hrs must be frozen immediately upon delivery. Failure to do so invalidates any obligation by Tall Grass Cane Juice to refund or replace the order.
